Not perfect, but as close as I can get to it. The ladder, when deployed, maintains a 10 degree climbing angle so that the upper body is leaning forward toward the hand grips when exiting the water, particularly important for divers with equipment or seniors with less mobility. The steps are also angled that way and are wide enough even for tenderfoots like myself.

Finally, after all these years, a safe and comfortable completion of an MOB plan on a vessel notoriously difficult to re-board.
