This stuff is the flippin' BOMB for simple cooking. It's the red sweet curry they use in Indian restaurants for chicken, but it's great on beef and on fish too. Just powder the heck out of it and sear it in a tiny bit of olive oil.
No salt included or required. The flavor is amazing. I use it on Mushrooms too.
