I found this book used in a local marine thrift shop for five bucks. Interesting recipes but I didn't bring it home. I might pick it up the next time if it's still there. The book looked new.

Aboard Seaweed I prefer old cookbooks. The older the better! I have one from my grandma and it uses real ingredients that are easy to locate. As a bonus the directions are not complicated.

Community cookbooks tend to be good for boaters too. Then again, I am not Cordon Bleu. I am quite satisfied with apples and cinnamon. That's my current favorite treat during this hot weather.
